A note from me to you

When I was pregnant, I felt caught between conflicting advice—“just walk and stretch” and “keep doing what you were doing”—without any guidance on how to support my changing body. I knew there had to be a better way, so I created the program I wish I had: one that combines strength, mobility, mindset, and postpartum prep, all tailored to active women like you.
