My Story
I created this because I couldn’t find it.
During my own pregnancy, I was already strong. But I felt totally unsupported. Generic advice didn’t cut it. No one told me how to actually stay strong while making sure I didn’t get too tight for baby to move through my pelvis. I was Googling modifications, patching together plans, and constantly second-guessing what was safe.
That’s why I became a certified coach and built this program—for women who want more than "safe enough."
