Welcome—I'm Rachelle!
Following the birth of my daughter in Fall 2023, I felt inspired to share my journey as a new mother and my passion for fitness + holistic wellness.
Before I became pregnant, I wanted to get into the best shape I could both physically and mentally to help me maintain my fitness during pregnancy. I was able to successfully train for a 5 day backpacking trip to the Chicago Basin at 29 weeks pregnant! During pregnancy, I felt the resources were lacking for people like myself who were already very fit and active as most of the prenatal fitness offerings were geared towards beginners who had never exercised. This led to my passion of helping women get and/or stay strong before and during pregnancy.
While pregnant, I prepared my mind and body for an unmedicated hospital birth. However, my baby ended up in a breech presentation so I equipped myself with tools for optimal fetal positioning, underwent an ECV, and eventually ended up with a scheduled cesarean. This personal experience led me to learning more on how to train + prepare our bodies for the birth we want.
The Heart Behind My Coaching Method
I am passionate about helping other mothers through their pregnancy and birth from optimal positioning for a (un)medicated vaginal birth to (un)planned cesareans.
When I was pregnant, I felt lost between “just walk and stretch” advice and “keep doing what you were doing” with zero guidance on how to support my changing body. So I built the program I wish I had where strength, mindset, and postpartum prep all come together.
