Hi, I'm Rachelle!

During my own pregnancy, I was already fit and healthy. But I felt totally unsupported. Generic advice didn’t cut it. No one told me how to actually keep doing the things I love that make me feel like me WHILE prepping for pregnancy specific demands, the birth I wanted, and for my best postpartum. I was Googling modifications, patching together plans, and constantly second-guessing what was safe.

I know how overwhelming it can be to sort through endless opinions, conflicting advice, and fear-based information while simply trying to do what’s right for you and your baby. That's why I created a coaching experience that combines movement, body preparation, education, birth support, and ongoing guidance all in one place.
