  • Absolutely! My classes are designed to be accessible for all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an existing practice, I’ll guide you through movements and modifications that feel best for your body.

  • Prenatal yoga is tailored specifically for pregnancy, focusing on safe movement, breathwork, and positions that support your changing body. We emphasize pelvic floor health, core stability, and relaxation techniques to help you feel strong and prepared for birth. If you’re used to traditional yoga, you’ll find many familiar elements with thoughtful modifications for pregnancy.

  • You can start prenatal yoga at any point in your pregnancy! Some women begin as early as the first trimester, while others join later when they’re looking for more comfort and mobility support. My classes are designed to adapt to your needs throughout all stages of pregnancy.

  • For in-person classes, bring a yoga mat + water. You are welcome to bring your own props, but I will provide 2 blocks, a bolster, and a blanket.

  • Yes! Prenatal yoga is a great way to relieve common discomforts like back pain, tight hips, and pelvic pressure. If you have specific concerns, let me know before class, and I’ll offer personalized modifications to help you move safely and comfortably.

  • Yes, I offer private 1:1 yoga sessions tailored to your unique needs, whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or preparing for pregnancy. Private sessions provide a more personalized approach, allowing us to focus on specific goals like mobility, strength, relaxation, or birth preparation.

Baby + Me

Reconnect to yourself and your body after giving birth. Specifically designed to support you in the postpartum recovery period regardless of how you gave birth. This practice will help you regain physical strength, alleviate physical discomforts, and promote relaxation. Baby + Me classes promote bonding with your new baby/babies who are not yet mobile
