I help active, intentional women feel strong in their bodies and calm in their minds—without settling for watered-down workouts, vague advice, or being told to “just keep doing what you’re doing.”
Because the truth is, pregnancy changes everything—and the right kind of support can help you meet it with strength, confidence, and clarity.
I wear many hats, too: I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, birth doula, health coach, and—above all—a passionate advocate for helping women stay connected to their power through life’s biggest transitions.
