A note from me to you
When I was pregnant, I felt caught between conflicting advice of “just walk and stretch” and “keep doing what you were doing” without any guidance on how to support my changing body. I knew there had to be a better way, so I created the program I wish I had: one that combines strength, mobility, mindset, birth prep, education, and postpartum recovery.
With the right plan and support, I was able to enjoy my pregnancy while staying strong and capable. At 29 weeks, I reached my goal of completing a 5-day backpacking trip (something I wasn't sure I'd be able to achieve) because I had trained intentionally, safely, and confidently.
I know how overwhelming pregnancy can feel when everyone seems to have a different opinion, every symptom sends you down a Google rabbit hole, and you're trying your best to make the right decisions for both you and your baby.
